Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily cash booking by extracting and categorizing transactions from bank reports
- Prepare and post cash and accounting general ledger entries and perform reconciliation processes
- Submit payments through treasury workflows ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Support capital call execution by initiating payments, saving and tagging notices, and maintaining accurate records
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial and compliance reports
- Prepare and tie-out GAAP financial statements
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Process and controls experience a plus
