Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor and customer records
- Scan and maintain documents and files
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries and discrepancies
- Perform ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2-3 years of related accounting/finance experience
- Thorough understanding of the AP/AR processes
- Familiarity with journal entries and related accounting practices
- Excellent analytical skills
