Our client is a private equity firm with over $85 billion in AUM investing in companies globally across all stages of development and industries with a focus on helping them scale.
Responsibilities
- Review of valuation recommendations and calculations
- Review quarterly investment reports and other LP reports to ensure that valuation metrics align to valuation inputs
- Perform back testing on recent exits and IPOs
- Drive enhancements to valuations, analytics and reporting processes, procedures, and use of technology
- Use data to provide high level insights on quarterly valuations and portfolio company performance to the firm
- Provide guidance on valuations to deal teams and other internal valuation reviewers and serve as an authority on valuation guidance and recommendations
- Prepare and present materials for firm committees
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-10 years of experience in a valuations role at
- Experience creating and reviewing valuation models for private equity investments
- Experience with iLevel and other valuations tools
- CPA, CFA, or ASA certification preferred
