Our client is a global alternative asset management firm with $35 billion in AUM with investment strategies including, corporate and structured credit, real estate debt and equity, merger arbitrage, and private investments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly reports and payment waterfalls
- Prepare performance attribution data monthly for quarterly CLO investor letters
- Calculate interest projections for quarterly payments
- Review complex legal documents
- Create and maintain fund models
- Provide general fund oversight with trustees and 3rd party vendors
- Analyze and prepare reports for various departments
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of CLO-related and/or structured product experience
- Knowledge of CDO Suite, Intex, Bloomberg, or other loan platforms
- Strong leveraged loan and structure credit product knowledge
- Familiarity with all phases of the CLO launch process
- Ability to navigate legal documents
