Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews with candidates and assist them throughout the interview process
- Arrange travel for visiting candidates
- Track candidates using the firm’s ATS and maintain and ensure data accuracy
- Support employee onboarding including background checks and offer letter administration
- Act as a point of contact to assist employees with HR systems and general inquires
- Assist with all ad-hoc projects to support talent acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases required
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
