Responsibilities
- Assist with establishing and updating sourcing and procurement policies and procedures
- Identify and deliver opportunities to maximize cost savings, mitigate risks, and enhance quality of services provided
- Conduct comprehensive spend analyses, market benchmarking, and category analyses across various categories
- Negotiate pricing, terms and services across a diverse range of goods and services
- Monitor supplier performance, enforce SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across key supplier relationships and business units
- Lead competitive sourcing events by collaborating with internal stakeholders to define requirements and develop effective bid documentation
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6-8 years of strategic sourcing experience
- Experience with contract negotiation and price analysis
- Familiarity with real estate development and property management activities
- Strong record of delivering measurable cost savings and operational improvements
