Responsibilities
- Support the full trading process and ensure the accurate allocation of trades to client accounts for global markets
- Complete daily reconciliations to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reporting
- Manage controls and oversight metrics to show trends and anomalies that require further root cause analysis, remediation, and escalation of such items
- Review daily exception reports and research and resolve exceptions to ensure accurate reconciliation
- Liaise with local agents, clients, trading desks, and internal functional teams for timely, precise reporting of trade executions in accordance with client needs
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- 3-5 years of related operations/middle office experience
- Experience with DTCC products, Bloomberg TOMS, and FIS Monies a plus
- Experience booking and settling fixed income and equity securities
- Strong proficiency with Excel
