Our client, a global investment management firm, is looking to add a Legal Analyst/Paralegal to their growing legal operations team. In this role, you will be supporting attorneys across the organization on various contracts, documents, regulatory initiatives and operations.


Key Deliverables

  • Negotiate and review various documents and agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements and more
  • Oversight of the contract management lifecycle
  • Coordinate with the legal team on various investment activities
  • Support the compliance team on regulatory initiatives


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of paralegal, legal assistant and/or legal analyst experience
  • Experience at a corporate law firm or financial services firm
