The Senior Financial Analyst will support the preparation and maintenance of a wide array of analytical reporting, modelling, and presentations.

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the preparation and maintenance of a wide array of analytical reporting, modelling, and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Review investment annual business plans, consolidate the information for fund level business plans, and prepare analyses for senior management and investors
- Assist with the oversight of private fund investment valuations on a quarterly basis
- Review changes in valuations and returns on a quarterly basis
- Present overview of quarterly valuations and performance to IR and other internal groups
- Maintain the private fund valuation policy and monitor the development and application of sector-specific valuation policies
- Support other teams on quantitative and complex investor requests
- Perform quarterly benchmarking of fund performance
- Prepare specific analysis and special projects as required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-7 years of related experience
- Real estate valuation experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel a must
