The Finance Process Consultant will lead the process re-design initiatives and optimize financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure all redesigned processes align with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Provide insights into complex accounting scenarios and recommend appropriate solutions
- Plan, execute, and oversee process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop and implement innovative process re-design strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required
- 8-10 years of experience in finance process consulting or process re-design
- Big 4 consulting experience strongly preferred
- Proven project management expertise
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other project management methodologies
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
