Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of strategic plans, annual operating plans/budgets, financial projections, and quarterly forecasts
- Build financial models for P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Research forecast to actual variances and provide detailed analysis to guide decision-making
- Translate financial data into business insights and corporate strategy into financial plans and metrics
- Deliver monthly operational and financial reporting and analysis to management and stakeholders
- Assist with the on-going improvement of FP&A tools
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- 2-4 years in an FP&A role
- Experience with Workday Adaptive or similar FP&A planning and reporting software
- Foundational understanding of GAAP and accounting
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
