Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and record customer payments
- Generate and send customer invoices, statements, and payment reminders
- Review accounts weekly to assess aging and collect funds
- Handle customer collections, inquiries, and account reconciliations
- Maintain and update customer master files
- Meet monthly close deadlines
- Assist with other accounting needs as requested
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of AR experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
