Our client is a diversified investment manager specializing in private equity and credit strategies. The firm partners with management teams to drive operational and financial transformation across its portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Upload and post invoices in accounting software
- Reconcile cash daily and apply wires to invoices
- Handle new vendor management and maintain vendors tax records
- Assist with vendor 1099 reporting
- Maintain vendor and wire instructions data in a data warehouse processing system
- Review expense reports for out-of-pocket business expenses
- Assist in managing employee travel program
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of bookkeeping and AP experience
- Strong understanding of expense allocation concepts
- Experience in Tymetrix / e-billing legal system a plus
- Experience using Great Plains software
