Our client is a financial technology platform that can evaluate and recommend market strategies for high-net-worth clients. The Accounts Payable Associate will support the company’s fund finance business on the corporate finance team.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and monitor invoice approvals, AP aging reports, and provide invoice statuses
- Assist with invoicing and collecting receivables
- Process invoices into accounts payable system
- Reconcile vendor statements and research and resolve payable discrepancies
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders regarding payments, receivables, and payables
- Assist with preparing journal entries for cash reconciliations
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience with Coupa preferred
- Proficient with Excel and Power Point
- Able to manage and communicate large sets of data
