We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Order Picker/Loader with a background in the produce industry to join our night shift team. This role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, building pallets, and loading product for outbound shipment while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPick customer orders accurately according to pick tickets, invoices, or handheld systemsBuild stable, well-organized pallets of produce for shipmentLoad pallets onto trucks in a safe and efficient mannerHandle fresh produce carefully to maintain product quality and minimize damageVerify product counts, weights, and labels for accuracyMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all food safety, warehouse safety, and company proceduresWork efficiently to meet nightly production and shipping deadlinesCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersQualificationsRequired experience in the produce industry (fresh fruits and vegetables)Prior experience as a warehouse order picker and/or loaderAbility to build pallets correctly and safelyExperience working in cold or refrigerated environments preferredAbility to lift, stack, and move heavy product (often 50 lbs) repeatedlyStrong attention to detail and accuracyDependable, punctual, and able to work independentlyMust be available to work night shifts, including one weekend day and holidays as neededPhysical RequirementsFrequent lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periodsAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentPreferred SkillsPallet jack or forklift experience (certification a plus)Knowledge of produce handling, rotation, and quality standards
