- Own complex systems and features end-to-end, from design through production
- Make architectural decisions that scale across teams and time

- Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, standards, and mentorship

- 7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience designing and running production systems at scale
- Strong technical judgment across architecture, data, and cloud infrastructure
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teammates
- Experience with AI-driven or automation-heavy systems
- Familiarity with event-driven, messaging, or conversational interfaces
- Evidence of curiosity: open source, side projects, or experimentation
