Position: Recruiter

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay: $25 to $27/hour plus commission

Experience: 1 year of high-volume recruiting.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

HB Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team

Job Description

• Proven ability to fill 30–50 requisitions simultaneously, ideally in staffing agency or fast-paced environments.
• Assist with full-cycle recruiting, such as job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Skilled in using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, social recruiting, and creative outreach.
• Track and report on fill rates, time-to-fill, and pipeline health.
• Adapt to sudden hiring surges, last-minute client requests, and changing priorities.
• Juggle multiple high-priority requisitions with accuracy.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Comfortable learning and using recruitment technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Avionté, or Shifty, and digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards).
• Must be proficient with MS Office/Google Suite, video interviewing platforms, and be able to adopt new platforms quickly.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to maintain candidate pipelines.
