Position: Recruiter

Location: Honolulu, HI (In office 5 days a week)

Pay: $55,000 to $62,000/year commission

Experience: No previous recruiting experience required, paid training!

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to candidate placement.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and recruitment progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Support recruitment initiatives and hiring campaigns across multiple platforms.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset.
