As a key member of our hospitality cleaning crew, you'll ensure each Airbnb property is spotless, sanitized, and guest-ready, creating memorable stays for travelers from around the world. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Handle various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly, reporting any stains or wear and tear at the property.
- Stocking toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner.
- Staging the property(making beds, folding towels and blankets, tidying furniture)
- Following the scope of work and reference photos given.
- Communicating with your direct managers about any concerns or questions.
- Taking before and after photos of the property and uploading them to our employee system.
- Driving your own vehicle from location to location. (drive time and mileage is paid by us.)
- Keeping all cleaning equipment clean and working. This includes bringing rags and mop heads to our shop to be washed.
- Experience
- Prior private home and Airbnb cleaning experience preferred, especially within hospitality environments.
- Strong customer service skills to communicate professionally with team members and managers.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Have great time management skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
