We are seeking a motivated and dependable Part-time to Full-time Cleaning Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across various commercial and residential environments. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, making beds, tidying up furniture, dusting, using appropriate cleaning agents..
- Conduct custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, and sanitation tasks to uphold hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring their environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
- You assist with Airbnb, residential, move in/moveout, commercial and post construction cleanings
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers is advantageous.
- Knowledge of industrial, offices, private homes, and Airbnb cleaning practices is a plus.
- Ability to bend, slouch, be on your knees is required.
- Pay depends on experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a working cell phone with service.
- Must be detailed orientated, have time management skills, critical thinking skills, and top notch communication skills.
