Job Description
- Must have Repairing and Troubleshooting skills (it’s Mandatory).
- Responsible for performing diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, repair of aerospace components and systems, and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Should be able to perform functional and performance testing on aerospace components
- Use specialized test equipment and software to identify faults and verify repairs, Document test results and ensure traceability.
- Should be able to disassemble, inspect, and reassemble components per OEM specifications.
- Conduct rework and modifications as required.
- Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and other regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of test procedures, repair actions, and final inspections.
- Interpret engineering drawings, service bulletins, and technical manuals.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Production teams.
- Familiarity with aerospace standards (e.g., ARP4754A, DO-160G, AS9100).
- FAA Repairman Certificate or equivalent will be highly desirable.
