Entry Level Account Executive

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enters customer orders accurately and maintain order records
• Tracks order status and provide updates to customers and internal teams
• Scans, uploads, and organizes documentation
• Updates reports and spreadsheets as required
• Follows orders from entry through shipping to ensure accurate communication
• Prepares monthly inventory reports (Customer Supplied Components)
• Maintains accurate records for each customer (quotes, orders, pricing, packaging, specifications, complaints)
• Provides sales support for domestic customers
• Processes invoices and assist with billing inquiries
• Responds to customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
• Sends product samples to new and existing customers
• Answers basic questions regarding products and benefits
• Provides feedback to management regarding customer activity and concerns
• Coordinates travel arrangements for sales team (flights, hotels, transportation)
• Assists with planning and logistics for trade shows, expos, and industry events
• Schedules customer meetings, site visits, and dinners
• Supports preparation of materials for customer meetings and trade shows
• Other duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree in Science or Business required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 - 3 years inside sales experience or customer service experience 
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
