ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Schedule

This position requires a night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

The ideal candidate will be a Charge Registered Nurse in an Operating Room setting. This role requires strong leadership skills, as the RN will be the only nurse on duty during these hours and will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the department.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Operating Room.


• Coordinate and manage surgical cases and staff assignments.


• Provide direct patient care and support in the OR as needed.


• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Act as a liaison between surgical teams and nursing staff.

• 2-3 years of experience in the Operating Room specialty.


• Must possess valid RN licensure.


• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.


• Previous travel experience (2-3 assignments) preferred.


• Orthopedic and Neurosurgery experience is a plus.
