Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers age-specific, direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care. The RN assumes leadership responsibilities including the delegation of work to other levels of employees. Compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care is mandatory.

• Provide nursing care to patients through the Nursing Process.


• Assume leadership responsibilities and delegate work accordingly.


• Ensure compliance with health care laws and regulations.


• Participate in ongoing education and training as required.

• Active RN license.


• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training prior to contract start date.

This position operates on a nights/varied schedule.

This is a 13-week contract position.
