Your Day-to-Day
We're seeking an experienced, nurturing Registered Nurse (RN) to provide private in-home care for a pediatric patient requiring BiPAP support and enteral feeding. This is a low-acuity, one-on-one setting — ideal for an RN who values building a meaningful relationship with a patient and family while delivering attentive, high-quality clinical care.
Your Day-to-Day
- Deliver direct nursing care to a pediatric patient on BiPAP and enteral feeds
- Monitor and document vital signs, health status, and any changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments per the physician's orders
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Respond promptly and calmly to any shifts in the patient's condition
- Create a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for both patient and family
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Prior pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with BiPAP and enteral feeding strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Patient, compassionate, and comfortable in a private home care setting
