- CONTINGENT UPON AWARD*****************
- Assists program offices with the tracking of HR actions including hiring actions, payroll, benefits, and personnel actions for the purposes of employee actions, onboarding support, presentations, training and related activities.
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of HR processes, onboarding, and personnel action tracking
- Ability to support payroll and benefits-related activities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to document processes and procedures
- Customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- 1 to 3 years' of on-the-job experience with personnel action coding and processing, documenting processes and procedure; experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
