Arkansas Tool & Die is looking for a CNC Mill Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in usage of computers and numerical control machines. The position also requires strong problem-solving, a thorough knowledge of the manufacturing process, strong set-up and machining background with an eye for detail. Must be able to use precise measurement tools and hold tight tolerances. Esprit CAD software programming experience a plus. 5–10 years experience is needed. Arkansas Tool & Die is a job shop with the major work being one-off parts, very little production machining. Shop is climate-controlled with all vertical CNC machines being Haas.
