Bison Pumps is the leading supplier of residential manual hand pumps. We are searching for a new team member to handle our mills and lathes Setup and Operating responsibilities. The candidate must have proven experience setting up CNC Mills and Lathes in a production environment.

Core Responsibilities:
- *Preferred but not required* Set up, prove out and operate CNC programs on Lathes/Mills.
- Must be able to use tight tolerance inspection equipment.
- Interface with Production and Quality Engineering in coordination of projects, tool tests, quality issues, maintenance issues, and process changes to produce the best quality parts possible and optimizing machine performance.
Qualifications
- 3 Years experience setting up and operating CNC Lathes/Mills
- Basic knowledge of programming
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Solid knowledge of GD&T Tolerancing
- Familiarity with current machining practices and tooling

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
