Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery for cabinet production.
- Ensure precision and quality in cutting and shaping materials.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows.
Requirements:
- Previous CNC/machinist experience
- Ability to maintain tight tolerances
- Ability to use measuring tools (micrometers, tape measure, etc.)
- Dependable and punctual.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- A team-oriented mindset.
- Reside in Saline County or be willing to commute to Benton, AR daily.
