Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Pay Range: $12.50 - $14.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Location: Siloam Springs, AR
Available Shifts:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
(Shift assignments may vary based on individual needs and scheduling.)

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable DSPs to provide hands-on support to an adult consumer in their home and community. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered care.
DSPs empower individuals to live in a home of their choice, access community resources, attend school or work, and participate in activities that are meaningful to them.
About the Individual you will Support:
The individual is a young child who is curious, exploratory, and enjoys engaging with his environment through movement, sensory play, and hands-on experiences. He enjoys activities such as water play, sensory toys, snacks, and going out into the community. He responds well to calm, consistent, and attentive support.
He requires full support with communication and daily living skills and benefits from structured routines, close supervision, and clear guidance to help him express needs and stay safe. He uses a communication device and is learning to build communication skills with support from support staff and staff.
He is currently adjusting to a new environment and benefits from consistency, predictability, and supportive relationships to build trust and comfort. He thrives with patient support staff who can help him understand routines, encourage positive engagement, and support his developmental growth.
Support staff should be highly observant, patient, and consistent, with a focus on safety, communication support, routine building, and helping him explore his environment in a structured and supportive way.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (or 1 year relevant experience)
- 18 years or older
- Required to pass background checks and required clearances
- Flexibility to work weekend schedules
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
Working Conditions:
- Work occurs in people's homes, community settings, and agency sites; may include standing, walking, and driving.
- May involve exposure to challenging behaviors and physical tasks; agency provides training and supports.
- May involve lifting or using equipment to facilitate mobility.
- May involve assisting with personal care.
