Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Pay Range: $12.50 - $14.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Location: Springdale, AR
Available Shifts:
- Monday & Friday 12:00pm (noon) - 4:00pm
(Shift assignments may vary based on individual needs and scheduling.)

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable DSPs to provide hands-on support to an adult consumer in their home and community. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centered care.
DSPs empower individuals to live in a home of their choice, access community resources, attend school or work, and participate in activities that are meaningful to them.
About the Individual you will Support:
The Individual you would support likes attention- for people to look at her and talk with her and values interacting with anyone who has a gentle approach to communication. To best support her, the DSP would need to refrain from being too firm or strict instead practicing calm patience. She would like to go out in the community more often and would love to visit animal shelters. She enjoys going on a walk, listening to music, playing in the water.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (or 1 year relevant experience)
- 18 years or older
- Required to pass background checks and required clearances
- Flexibility to work weekend schedules
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
Working Conditions:
- Work occurs in people's homes, community settings, and agency sites; may include standing, walking, and driving.
- May involve exposure to challenging behaviors and physical tasks; agency provides training and supports.
