Position Summary:
In addition to regular administrative duties, this position requires frequent contact with the community through various forms of communication including phone, email, and in-person. This person will assist with purchase requisitions and invoice payments for marketing, performing arts and community education.
This person works closely with the ASUMH Performing Arts Council and helps procure all entertainment. This person is responsible for but not limited to requisitioning payment according to contracts, assisting in fulfilling contract requirements for hospitality, coordinating patron parking and shuttles, assisting with ticket sales, and other duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Processes purchase requisitions and invoices for the office of Institutional Advancement.
Sale of tickets through ticketing systems for all shows.
Provides administrative support to the Office of Institutional Advancement by assisting in record keeping, letter writing, ticket sales, marketing, etc
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, Word, etc.
Knowledge of Content Management Systems for website updates, calendar listings, etc.
Good customer service skills – phone, written, and in-person
General Days/Hours:
M-F. Hours vary depending on the needs of the department. Up to 29 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required. One year of experience in customer-service related fields or administrative positions is preferred.
