Education
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or Six to twelve months manufacturing experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to read and interpret English language documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, company handbook, and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to speak and write in English effectively when presenting information to supervisors and fellow employees.
- Required to add, subtract, multiply and divide in units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Reasoning Ability
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- While performing the duties required of this position, the employee is constantly required to stand for up to 12 hours, walk, use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- The employee will occasionally be required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
