This Position reports to:

Production Supervisor

Job Description:

• Operate and maintain machines (insert, coil winder, pre-form press) while ensuring efficient, high-quality production that meets all specifications and safety standards.
• Read and follow manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and diagrams; use tools such as hoists, manipulators, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks accurately.
• Communicate and collaborate within the team, cross-train in multiple roles, and support continuous improvement and housekeeping efforts.
• Meet physical demands of the job including lifting up to 60 lbs, standing for long periods, and working overtime as needed; maintain reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  
  

Education and Experience Needed:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
