Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Job Description

Salary: $27,500-$32,500 per year at .50 FTE; Salary Offered Depends on Experience.

Essential Duties

  • Manage, merge, clean, and analyze data related to policies, systems, and programs that serve young children and families.
  • Interpret data and produce clear reports, visualizations, and summaries to inform project deliverables and decision-making.
  • Communicate key findings, project updates, and analytic insights to CEP leadership and partners.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities in alignment with the CEP’s mission and project goals. Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in statistics, data analytics, data science, psychology, behavioral science, sociology, education, economics, public policy, family and human development, or related field
  • Experience conducting complex quantitative data analyses
  • Experience managing, merging, and analyzing large, complex, and administrative data sets
  • Experience conducting policy, program, and/or intervention evaluations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Environment

  • Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting, subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse (75%); frequently required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work (25%).
  • Use office equipment such as a telephone, a computer (monitor, keyboard, and mouse), a printer, and a copier.
  • Regular activities require the ability to quickly change priorities, which may include resolving conflicts.
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally, read, write, see, and hear to perform essential functions.
