Responsibilities
We seek applicants who can enhance our abilities in energy modeling as part of a thriving community of experts. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, dynamic modeling, simulation, control, and optimization of power electronics or energy systems, enabled by artificial intelligence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering (or related discipline) by the time of appointment.
- Demonstrated research expertise in modeling, simulation, and/or optimization of power electronics or energy systems enabled by artificial intelligence/machine learning.
- Evidence of scholarly publications in high-impact international journals in the energy areas.
- Evidence of excellence in effective and scalable experiential teaching and learning.
