The Role: We are seeking a Sales Account Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with customers, and is motivated to grow into sales or account management. You’ll play an important part in supporting customer needs, managing project details, and ensuring a smooth experience across departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Process, review, and approve required documentation (Change Orders, Deviations, PMRs, MMRs, Lab Specs, Label Master) in compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate responses on customer documentation requests (quality surveys, certifications, certificates of free sale, export documentation, capability presentations, COAs, and more)
- Process RMAs and credit memos
- Complete PMI (packaging material intakes) for all new components and follow through from setup to completion
- Complete New Product Initiation for FG parts and follow through from setup to completion
- Coordinate shipment of samples of pilots or products to customers when requested
- Provide dependable backup support for account managers to ensure uninterrupted service and consistent customer engagement
- Assist with RFQs, RFIs, and customer documentation coordination
- Track and maintain new product development timelines and dashboards
- Support account managers with customer communication and day-to-day activities
- Help with business analytics, sales history, and reporting to support growth strategies
- Collaborate with teams across R&D, Procurement, Planning, and Quality to keep projects on track
