POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensure that products are manufactured safely and at the highest quality. Follow Standard Operating Procedures for set-up, cleaning, running, and troubleshooting machines. Fill, package, and inspect products as directed. Keep accurate records and work closely with Quality Assurance. Assist other production employees as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Follow and ensure compliance to quality system and cGMP programs.
· Follow instructions and guidelines

· Trained in all Quality and Safety Procedures
· Learn fundamental tasks and responsibilities.
· Acquire basic job knowledge.
· Ensure that all work areas are clean, especially when working with allergens.
· Learn fundamental tasks and responsibilities.
· Basic skills training.

· Ability to teach good Documentation Practices to others
· Advanced in AX transactions, able to RAF bulk, report labor hours and can close WO accurately
· Ability to keep Work Order Tracking System updated accurately
· Ability to train others in cleaning Procedures.
· Can Train others in quality systems (Pre-line Clearance).
· Product consistently meets 100% quality standards.
· Turn on the computers and printers in each room.
· Track production numbers.
· Make sure employees are in their positions to start work and know their duties. Obtain replacements as needed.
· Ensure that production materials are available to begin work.
· Ensure that the batch record is running, and paperwork is accurate. Close it out upon completion.
· Track clean up, set up, and downtime.
· Retrieve all necessary samples required for batch.
ADDITIONAL:
· Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
· Reports to Production Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Credentials/Knowledge
· Non-supervisory role.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Some work experience.
· No certifications or licenses required.
· Must have basic math skills.
· Basic reading skills required.
· No computer skills required.
· Must have basic language skills. Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
· Must have basic writing skills.
· Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
· Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
· Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.
