What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Staff position at Arizona Dynamics?
We are looking for part-time assistance at our front desk. Candidates must be personable, upbeat, & have customer service experience. Applicants must also be computer literate, know Google Docs, as well as Microsoft Excel, and have an aptitude for learning our class management software. Job-Seeker must be able to multitask efficiently.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Meeting and greeting clients, assisting clients with their needs, such as enrolling & scheduling students' classes, answering phones, record keeping, cash handling and helping to keep our office, lobby and bathrooms clean. Applicant must be comfortable administering basic first aid and work well in a fast-paced environment.
15-20 hours including mostly evenings and some weekends will be required. A flexible schedule is desirable.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish or other languages) are highly desirable
- Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred; dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette
- Attention to detail for proofreading, data entry accuracy, and filing systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
