Recreational Gymnastics Coach

Arizona Dynamics is gymnastics school, featuring a top-notch program and coaching team.

We’re hiring instructors for our preschool classesfor children ages 1–5! Our classes help little ones build coordination, balance, strength, and confidence through games, movement, and fun activities.

If you love working with kids and enjoy creating a positive, energetic class experience, we’d love to meet you. We provide all the curriculum, training, and support you need to succeed in our program.

A background in gymnastics, cheer, or dance is helpful—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the skill levels of individual gymnasts.
• Teach fundamental gymnastics skills, techniques, and routines in a safe and supportive manner.
• Ensure the safety of all gymnasts during practice sessions by enforcing safety protocols.
• Assist in planning and executing gymnastics events, competitions, and exhibitions.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the gym environment is clean and organized.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have experience working with preschool aged children.
• Must have a personality that is welcoming to both children and parents.
• Must enjoy physical activity.
• Must be able to project your voice.

AVAILABLITY:

• We are looking for instructors available from 8:30-12:00pm Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays. Along with 2:30pm-6pm on Fridays.
