Full-Time Housekeeper Needed – Short-Term Rentals & Apartment Make-Readies
Schedule: Flexible hours, including some weekends
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper with experience in cleaning short-term rentals and preparing apartments for new tenants (make-readies). This is a full-time position with flexible hours depending on bookings and turnover schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and reset short-term rental properties between guest stays
- Perform deep cleans and make-ready services for vacant apartments
- Change linens, restock supplies, and ensure a hotel-like presentation
- Report damages, maintenance needs, or inventory shortages
- Follow cleaning checklists and property standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping, especially with short-term rentals, hotels, or apartment turnovers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
- Must have access to a smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Availability on weekends and some holidays preferred
