LEASING ASSOCIATE
Summary of Responsibilities
The Leasing Associate is fully accountable for marketing, leasing, application approval, and renewal process at a community. The Leasing Associate will carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Community Manager or Community Manager.

A successful Leasing Professional will routinely achieve the following performance metrics:

Economic Occupancy greater than 96%

Delinquency less than 1% of Rental Income

Application approval within 72 hours of application

Generating 75 Prospects, 15 tours, 10 applications, 5 move-ins
