Core Responsibilities
- Rent & Records – Collect rents, post to Rent Manager, keep ledgers clean.
- Tenant Management – Resolve resident issues promptly; manage notices and other legal processing end-to-end.
- Leasing – Screen applicants, coordinate make-ready turns, welcome new residents.
- Community Rules – Perform weekly park walks; document and resolve violations to keep the neighborhood safe and tidy.
- Project Oversight – Schedule and supervise contractors on rehabs and infrastructure upgrades; track budgets and timelines.
- Hands-On Repairs – Light painting, plumbing fixes, drywall patches, lawn care, snow/ice removal—whatever keeps the park running.
- Reporting – Send a concise weekly KPI sheet (collections %, vacancy, work-order age) to senior management.
What You Bring
- 2 yrs property-management and basic maintenance experience (mobile-home ideal).
- Comfortable with hand tools, ladders, and basic P&L math.
- Clear communicator who aligns tenants, contractors, and ownership.
- Valid driver’s license
Pay & Perks
- $23–$27/hr for 20 hrs/wk (upper range for candidates who actively take on rehab work)
