We have built a reputation for providing exceptional service and value to our clients. Our company currently has around 100 units in Huntington, WV. From single-family houses to multi-unit apartments and commercial spaces. We have:
1. Airbnb for short-term rental: under 1 month.
2. Furnished unit for mid-term rental: from 1 month to under 1 year.
3. Unfurnished units for long-term rental: above 1 year. 1/2/3 Bedrooms.
4. Commerical space for shops, office, or restaurants.
We are fast growing and looking for an experienced team member to take the business to the next level.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
**Duties:**
Manage all aspects of assigned properties - Advertise and fill vacancies - Negotiate leases and rental agreements - Ensure properties are well-maintained - Address tenant concerns and maintenance issues promptly - Enforce leasing policies and procedures - Oversee rent collection and financial operations - Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions.
**Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate is self-driven and results-oriented, demonstrates strong ownership of assigned properties and tasks, and communicates clearly, professionally, and proactively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
