Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a commercial setting. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and cleaning restrooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Follow established sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in cooking is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
