Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Elgin, IL. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying business opportunities. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, addressing client needs, and providing solutions to enhance client experience and loyalty. The Account Manager will also handle project management and provide regular reports on account status and performance.
