The Role
As the first face our patients see, you set the tone for their entire visit. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting patients with a warm, professional welcome.
- Managing the hygiene schedule to ensure a smooth flow.
- Verifying dental insurance and explaining treatment plans/co-pays.
- Handling check-in/check-out and answering phone inquiries.
What You Bring
- Experience: Previous dental office experience is preferred (familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is a plus!), but we are willing to train the right personality.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking mastery, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Values: Reliability, empathy, and a high level of professionalism.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
