Dealer Management
The overall responsibility for all wholesale orders & sales through external partners within the stated territory, ensuring our distribution partners meet the performance targets of wholesales and retails, which are set annually and are included in the annual business plan.
Ownership of Dealer stocking inventory management; Dealer AR and Credit availability management; Tactical & strategical commercial actions proposal, implementation and execution to drive profitable growth.
Work with Technical Product Team to create firm machine specifications for custom machine opportunities and quotations.
Dealer Development
Carry out quarterly Dealer Reviews, presenting the dealer performance to date. Analysing order and sales target run rates, forecast and
Implementing corrective strategies and recovery goals with underperforming Dealers through detailed action plans.
Identify new dealer opportunities within your assigned territory, through the process of:
Market Evaluation - Understanding opportunity, setting expectation and dealer profile
Dealer Identification - Creating full market candidate database
Candidate Introduction - Ascertain relevant persons within candidate company and achieve contact
Negotiate Business Plan Proposals - Propose Lippmann expectations and agree BP
Candidate Management Recommendations - Propose next steps and gain approval
Contract & Due Diligence Management - Liaise with compliance team to move forward
Dealer Onboarding - Lippmann introduction, processes, systems, contacts, etc.
Sales Training Support - Sales Level 1 training to introduce Lippmann products and crushing & screening
Technical Sales Support
Creates technical sales documentation including Tech Specs, completing Bid Packages, Sales Drawings, Written Quotations, Project Management Documents
Create a library of machine and application Case Studies, with particular focus on material production to assist Agg Flow simulations.
Regularly report machine performance feedback to enable improvements to the equipment or its operation.
Creates the Lippman Sales training literature, conducting regular Sales Training with the dealer network, and creating bespoke training content focused on our Key Account product requirements.
Support multi-departments with the creation of Selling Tools, Feature and Benefit Presentation and Competitor Comparison
Review spare parts recommendations from Aftersales and develop accuracy of Machine Life Operating Costs
Supports/performs equipment demonstrations for Customer Demonstrations, Exhibitions, Open Days and Customer Demonstrations
Project Management
Ownership and completion of assigned projects, such as product presentations, marketing activities, market and product research
Supporting Multi-Department Initiatives
