A DAY IN THE LIFE →
As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll act as the mini-GM of your territory, directing business across the Midwest. You’ll invest your days in the field—traveling with and managing Manufacturer Reps. Every sales call is an opportunity to reinforce Gregory’s promise; we win on value and service.
And when our competitors stall waiting for corporate sign-off, you’ll already have made the call in the field—because here, we trust you to run your territory like it’s your own business.
WHAT YOU’RE EXPECTED TO BRING WITH YOU →
You know strut. You know the distributors, the contractors, the rep agencies—and you’ve put in the miles to prove it. You’re fluent in building those relationships and maintaining accountability, and you bring both the field experience and the business acumen to grow the territory. You’re also wired for teamwork and camaraderie, ready to roll up your sleeves and lead with both grit and service.
LOCATION →
This role covers the Midwest Territory, approximately a 300 mile radius around Chicago. A Midwest home base within the territory is required, i.e. Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit or must be
willing to relocate to one of these areas or nearby. Throughout the year, you will also travel to industry events, trade shows, and our new corporate HQ in Canton, OH.
COMPENSATION →
This package includes a very competitive salary and a generous performance-based bonus.
The package also includes a monthly car allowance, a company phone, laptop, and credit card. Benefits include a 401K company match, excellent medical coverage, PTO & paid holidays.
