What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Argus Professional Services?
Our client in Port Washington is seeking to add skilled Maintenance Techs to their team. These are Direct Hire opportunities. Pay is based on experience.
Maintenance Techs work on equipment such as:
- Serpentine conveyors (rubber/fabric, plastic interlocking), rotary and linear liquid filling machines, spindle and semi-auto belt cappers, check-weighers, blow-offs, PLC's, heat sealers, fabric winder/unwinders, bottle unscramblers, and gravity feeders.
Job Duties:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems
- Repair equipment
- Fabricate
- Execute line and equipment changeovers
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
Shift:
- 2nd Shift (8hr) / 3p to 11p / Mon - Fri
- 3rd shift (8hr) / 11p to 7a / Mon night through Fri night
- PM Weekend (12hr) / 7p to 7a / Fri – Sun (work 36hrs get PAID FOR 40hrs)
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
